Transition To Parenthood Lesson 1:
In this lesson, we’ll go over birth scenarios, their impact on recovery from birth, what the birth parent, partner and newborn will likely be experiencing the first week after birth. Typical newborn behavior, communication (cues, cries), schedules, sleep biology, sleeping situations and strategies followed by a discussion from recorded prenatal couples.
